Thanks for posting those links! There don't seem to be too many photos of the Journey to the Center of the Earth ride around anywhere, nice to see a night time shot.
One day I will scan all of my photos and post them.

There was a golden rotating tunnel with wavy patterns inside the Bucket O' Blood at Dorney Park immediately after going in. The same thing was in the Gold Mine walkthrough in the basement of the arcade Dorney House. The mine closed 1985, the house was torn down fall 2005 for a new Subway shop there was a Subway in the corner of the old house. The Bucket O' Blood burned Sept 28, 1983, and the Journey was torn down fall 1992 after the Cedar Fair takeover from Harris Weinstein who ran the park since 1985. Bob Ott and his son Bob ran the park before Weinstein since 1967 when Bob Plarr and his son Steve passed away, Ott's wife was Bob Plarr's daughter and Steve Plarr's daughter married Harris Weinstein. Bob Ott and his wife passed away Mar/Feb 2007. Weinstein and Bob Ott the son and former park manager Craig Cope live in Florida. The elder Bob Ott knew Bill Tracy and the park contracted with him for several projects which are now all gone. The Iceberg became the Meteorite in 1989/1990 and was torn down before 1994 for Patio Pizza. And, there was a tilted room with picnic tables in the Hunt's Pier Pirate Ship there's a pic in the Hunt's Pier photo album I posted the link to.

Those photos are no longer available because Webshots closed and became Smile. Webshots deleted all the users photos last December. Now those two photos are gone and I don't even have a way to contact the user to get copies. They were of the Bucket O' Blood and Journey to the Center of the Earth at Dorney Park, both gone now. I guess these photos are now lost, there are other photos of these two lost rides on the web but these were great ones.
