Oh, sorry. That second link didn't work. Go to here, scroll down until it's at the part under the laughing clown clip, and find the Pirate's Den under there: ctacke.tripod.com/index2.html

The Pirates Den that was at Whalom Park is one of the attractions on The Bill Tracy Project that I am not 100% sure about. I know he did a pirate themed attraction at Whalom Park in 1962 and I am assuming that it was the Pirates Den. He may have supplied the stunts, built the facade, or neither. I wish I had a better picture! There may have been another pirate themed attraction at Whalom Park that I am unaware of. This is the only one I know of, so I assume this is the one Tracy worked on. As far as the one at Lincoln Park that you found, I have no additional information. It doesn't look like Tracy's style, but you just never know for sure. Like I said, I am not even sure Tracy did Pirates Den at Whalom Park. The two attractions do have similarities. If Tracy did do Pirates Den at Whalom Park, I would have to say that the one at Lincoln Park is a Tracy influence, it just doesn't look like his work to me. Also, they were both in Massachusetts...interesting!
